Can I email the engraving details?

Yes, of course. Email the engraving details to , complete with your order number and name.

How many characters can I engrave?

We can engrave as many characters as you’d like. However the website in limited to 90 characters for technical reasons. If you’d like more characters simply email the engraving details to us after placing the order. It’s worth remembering that the more characters on a plate, the smaller the text will be.

What format do I need to supply my logo in, to be engraved?

Ideally logos need to be in a vector format. This is where a file can be scaled without any blurring, distortion or pixelisation. Typical file extensions for this are .ai .eps or .pdf. Our helpful graphics department can usually help convert high resolution jpegs into a vector format free of charge.

What format does my logo need to be for a domed resin centre?

We can work with any image format. The better quality the file, the better the centres will look. So it’s best to send a reasonably high resolution jpeg.

What is the difference between laser engraving and sand blasting?

Laser engraving is an excellent method of engraving glass, as it is fairly efficient and provides good results. However it doesn’t leave a finish as good as sand blast engraving, which for generations has been the gold standard of glass engraving. Sand blasted engraving, is smoother and more uniform than laser engraving which can be susceptible to impurities in the glass.

Not all our trophies are listed on our website so please let us know if there is a specific product you are looking for and we will endeavor to find it for you.

What are your opening hours?

What is your returns policy?

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. You can view our full returns policy here.

Can I arrange a meeting to discuss my order in more detail?

Yes, many of our customers who are placing larger orders often like to discuss their options in person. Please contact us to arrange a meeting time and date that is convenient for you.

Do you offer a stand-alone engraving service for trophies, cups, medals or awards?

Yes we do offer an engraving service on site for our customers. Please contact us for more details.

Can I order a product brochure to browse through?

Yes, you can view one online or order a free copy to be sent in the post.

Can you supply bespoke trophies and medals?

Yes, we supply bespoke awards for lots of different organisations and sporting bodies. Please Contact Us to discuss your requirements.

What do I do if I want to make a change to my order

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Most orders are usually processed in five to ten working days. If you have a specific date that your order is needed by please add that information to the comments box in the checkout.

How will I know that my 'Click and Collect' order is ready for collection?

We will email you when your order is ready. If you haven’t heard from us after 10 working days please contact us for an order update.

Where do I collect my trophies from if I chose 'Click & Collect'?

Can you deliver to countries outside of the UK & Republic of Ireland?

Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery outside of the UK or the Republic of Ireland. If you are interested in placing an order from outside of this region please contact us for a quote.

What are your postage charges?

Standard postage charge is £5.80 within UK mainland. Standard postage charge is £18 for Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Republic of Ireland. Postage is free for orders over £75 within UK mainland only.

What happens if I'm not in when the courier delivers my trophies?

You will be emailed or text a delivery slot by our courier company. If this isn’t convenient you will have the opportunity to change the delivery date. If you are not in when the courier calls then they will leave a card for you. They will automatically attempt to deliver on the next working day unless you contact them.

What delivery service do you use?

All orders are usually sent with one of our trusted courier services, generally DHL, occasionally we may use the Royal Mail or other services for overseas.
