Delivery Information

Standard postage charge is £5.80 within UK mainland. Premium postage charge is £18 for Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Republic of Ireland.

Postage is free for orders over £75 within UK mainland only. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery outside of the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

You should expect your order in 5-10 working days.

Parcels are sent via a courier service (DHL) or occasionally the Royal Mail. If you are not in when the courier calls then they should leave a card for you. You will then be able to collect the parcel from your local post office or courier's depot.

It may be easier for you to use a work address rather than your home address for deliveries as there is usually someone there to receive the goods when they are delivered.

If you require your order for a specific date please email info@premiertrophies.co.uk. We will e-mail you on the day your goods are dispatched with an expected delivery date.
