How long will my order take to be delivered?
Most orders are usually processed in five to ten working days. If you have a specific date that your order is needed by please add that information to the comments box in the checkout.
What delivery service do you use?
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or via a courier service.
What happens if I'm not in when the courier delivers my trophies? 
You will be emailed or text a delivery slot by our courier company. If this isn’t convenient you will have the opportunity to change the delivery date. If you are not in when the courier calls then they will leave a card for you. They will automatically attempt to deliver on the next working day unless you contact them.
What are your postage charges?
Standard postage charge is £4.95 within UK mainland. Standard postage charge is £18 for Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Republic of Ireland. Postage is free for orders over £50 within UK mainland only.
Can you deliver to countries outside of the UK & Republic of Ireland?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery outside of the UK or the Republic of Ireland. If you are interested in placing an order from outside of this region please contact us for a quote.
Where do I collect my trophies from if I chose 'click and collect'?
All collections are from Premier Trophies, Orchard Barns, Rooksbridge, Nr Axbridge, Somerset, BS26 2TG.
How will I know that my 'click and collect' order is ready for collection?
We will email you when your order is ready. If you haven’t heard from us after 10 working days please contact us for an order update.

Can you supply bespoke trophies and medals?
Yes, we supply bespoke awards for lots of different organisations and sporting bodies. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can I order a product brochure to browse through?
Yes, you can view one online or order a free copy to be sent in the post.
Do you offer a stand-alone engraving service for trophies, cups, medals or awards?
Yes we do offer an engraving service on site for our customers. Please contact us for more details.

Can I arrange a meeting to discuss my order in more detail?
Yes, many of our customers who are placing larger orders often like to discuss their options in person. Please contact us to arrange a meeting time and date that is convenient for you.
What is your returns policy?
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. You can view our full returns policy here.
What are your opening hours?
Our showroom at Premier Trophies, Orchard Barns, Rooksbridge, Nr Axbridge, Somerset, BS26 2TG, is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm daily.

Not all our trophies are listed on our website so please let us know if there is a specific product you are looking for and we will endeavor to find it for you.
