You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.

Premier Trophies recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If you require an exchange we will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details with your package. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Please return the defective item, including both the trophies and the delivery paperwork, via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned.

Premier Trophies will refund you the reasonable costs of your return postage charges if you include a receipt in your package.

Premier Trophies will exchange or refund your order if the goods are confirmed as defective.

Standard postage charge is £5.95 within UK mainland.

Standard postage charge is £18 for Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland,

Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Republic of Ireland.

Postage is free for orders over £100 within UK mainland only.

Unfortunately we can not accept orders for delivery outside of the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

You should expect your order in 5-10 working days.

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or via a courier service. If you are not in when the courier calls then they should leave a card for you. You will then be able to collect the parcel from your local post office or courier's depot.

It may be easier for you to use a work address rather than your home address for deliveries as there is usually someone there to receive the goods when they are delivered.
